These terms govern the use of www.folgor.com: the public website, the customer support pages of the companies that use Folgor (/help/…) and the customer portal.

1. Scope

The services Folgor provides to client companies (customer support, returns, logistics, warehouse, repair, disposal and the platform) are governed by the contract signed with each company. If these terms and that contract differ, the contract prevails.

2. The website

The website describes Folgor and its services. Descriptions, examples and demonstrations are for information only and are not a binding offer: the scope of the service is defined in the contract.

We may change or update the content at any time.

3. Portal accounts

Portal accounts are created only by Folgor or, within their own company, by colleagues already enabled. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email: keep your mailbox secure and never share codes.

The client company is responsible for its users and for the content they upload (products, documents, procedures, brand assets), and confirms it has the right to use it. Folgor processes this content only to provide the service.

Do not use the portal to break the law, to reach other companies' data, to test its security without written permission or to overload it. Automated access is allowed only through the read-only MCP endpoint, with the account holder's consent.

4. Support pages for customers

Each support page is offered on behalf of the company named on it, which remains responsible for its products, warranty, returns, refunds and repairs, and for the decisions on requests.

Statutory information shown on the page (legal guarantee, right of withdrawal) is general information, not a decision on a specific case. The assistant is an automated system: its answers may contain errors. It may propose a closing activity allowed by the company's procedure, which the company decides, and it closes a request by itself only as resolved or no longer active (see the AI transparency statement).

These terms never limit the rights consumers have under consumer law.

5. Artificial intelligence

Some functions use artificial intelligence, as described in the AI transparency statement. Automatic results may contain errors: where they matter, people can review and change them.

6. Intellectual property

The Folgor name, logo, website and software belong to Folgor. Client companies keep all rights to their content and brands.

You may quote, link and summarise the public pages of the website, also through search engines and AI assistants, provided Folgor is credited and the content is not altered in a misleading way.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control. Service levels for client companies are set in their contract.

8. Liability

Within the limits allowed by law, Folgor is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data are processed as described in the privacy notice and in the cookie policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live, and the court of their place of residence is competent. For businesses, the court of the place where Folgor has its registered office is competent.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For questions write to info@folgor.com.
