Services
Everything after the sale, in one partner
Choose the services you need: Folgor operates them with your rules, your brand and your products' documentation.
Select services
How it works
From catalogue to live support in four steps
You keep control of products, rules and decisions. Folgor runs the operations.
- 01
Catalogue
Load your products
Add brands, families, models and SKUs with their logistics data. Drop manuals and datasheets: Folgor reads the first pages and files each one by type, language and version.
- 02
Procedures
Set your rules
A guided wizard turns your aftersales policy into a procedure: which products, which services, which sales channels you cover and on what terms. Custom rules are reviewed by Folgor before they go live.
- 03
Go live
Open your support page
Your customers get a support page with your logo and colours. They send the invoice, a photo and a description, and the checks start immediately.
- 04
Operations
We operate, you oversee
Eligible requests move on; doubtful ones come to your team with the reasons. Every ticket, decision and correction is in your portal, with its history.
Platform
The engine behind the service
Folgor built its own platform to run aftersales: the same software checks requests, organises your documentation and keeps your team informed.
- Verification
Every request checked before anyone answers
AI reads every page of the invoice or receipt, recognises seller, date, products and sales channel, compares photo and label with what was bought, and asks a stronger model for a second opinion when it is unsure.
- Documents
Documentation that files itself
Eleven document types, from datasheet to repair manual. One current version per language, older versions kept as history, newer versions recognised automatically.
- Knowledge
Two knowledge bases, never mixed
A Support base for your customers and a Repair base for technicians, built page by page from your manuals. Doubtful items wait for your decision. Repair content never reaches customers.
- Assistant
Answers grounded in your sources
The customer assistant answers from your manuals, your approved policies and the purchase on file, and cites its sources. It never promises refunds, returns or shipments.
- Portal
One portal for your team
Products, procedures, tickets, decisions, brand and colleagues in one place, in three languages, with a guided setup checklist.
- AI agents
Ready for AI agents
A read-only MCP endpoint with OAuth lets your own AI tools read your Folgor account, and this website publishes llms.txt for AI assistants.
Consumer law, built in
The right notice for every purchase
Folgor reads the buyer type and the sales channel from the invoice and shows customers the statutory information that applies to them — as general information, never as a decision on their case.
What the customer sees
Legal guarantee · 24 months
Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee of at least 24 months from delivery, owed by the seller.
Right of withdrawal · 14 days
For online and distance purchases consumers can generally withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Folgor records the declaration with a timestamp, emails a receipt and notifies the company; when a third party sold the product, the customer is reminded to notify the seller too.
Simplified illustration of how notices are chosen. It is not legal advice.
Security and privacy
Each company's data stays its own
Security rules live in the database, not only in the interface.
EU hosting
Database, files and server functions run in Frankfurt, in the European Union.
Sign-in without passwords
Portal access by one-time email code only. No public sign-up: accounts are created by Folgor or invited by colleagues.
Company isolation
Row-level security on every table keeps each company's data separate, and is tested automatically on every change.
Private files
Invoices, photos and manuals sit in private storage and open only through short-lived signed links.
Audit trails
Decisions on tickets, procedure reviews, knowledge publications and staff access are logged.
Data minimisation
Support requests are deleted 24 months after closing. No profiling cookies; statistics only with your consent.
AI with people in the loop
Automation where it helps. People where it matters.
Folgor uses AI models from Anthropic and Google to read documents and draft answers. People make the decisions that matter, and customers always know when they are talking to an automated system.
What AI does
- Files product documents by type, language and version
- Reads invoices and receipts and checks the product in the photos
- Builds the knowledge bases from your manuals
- Answers customers in the chat, citing its sources
What AI never does
- Authorise refunds, returns, replacements or repairs
- Promise follow-ups or contact anyone on its own
- Show repair content to customers
- Present legal notices as a decision on a case
Where people decide
- Doubtful checks go to the company's team with the reasons
- Any automatic outcome can be reviewed and reversed by a person
- Custom procedure rules are approved by Folgor
- Commercial policies count only after the company approves them
FAQ
Questions, answered
What is Folgor?
Folgor is an outsourced aftersales partner for companies that sell products: customer support, returns (RMA), reverse logistics, warehouse, repair, disposal and recall campaigns, run on Folgor's own platform.
Who is Folgor for?
Manufacturers and brands of any size that sell to consumers or businesses — directly or through marketplaces, shops and distributors — and want their aftersales handled consistently.
How do my customers ask for support?
On a support page with your brand. They send the invoice or receipt, a product photo and a description; if the request is eligible they receive a personal link to follow it and chat with the assistant. A customer who lost the invoice sends a photo of the product label and declares where and when they bought it: they get technical help, and repairs, replacements and refunds open once they upload a purchase document or you confirm the purchase.
Can Folgor tell where and how a product was bought?
Yes. AI reads the purchase document, recognises seller, date, products and sales channel, and applies the rules you set for each channel: full support, technical support only, redirect to the seller or decline.
Does AI decide on my customers' requests?
AI checks documents and photos and drafts answers. When a check is uncertain the request goes to your team; any automatic outcome can be reviewed and reversed by a person; the assistant never authorises refunds, returns, replacements or repairs.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union: database, files and server functions run in Frankfurt. Some providers are based in the United States and are used under GDPR safeguards, as explained in the privacy notice.
Which languages are supported?
The website, the portal and the customer support pages are available in English, Italian and Simplified Chinese.
How do I get access to the portal?
Folgor creates your company's accounts when we start working together; you can then invite colleagues from the portal. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email.
How much does Folgor cost?
It depends on the services, products and volumes involved. Tell us about your needs with the contact form and we will send you a proposal.
Can AI assistants read this website?
Yes. The site publishes /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, plain-text summaries for AI assistants, and structured data for search engines. Portal data is never public.
